Spouse Visa application Queries Applying from Pakistan

Good Morning guys,
Please help
My wife will applying for a spouse visa from Pakistan , I have two jobs full time job is fine, however with part time job date on pay slips and bank statement does not match, because it is not my main job therefore i have told my boss that its ok if wage is late for few days , so its always few days after wage is is issued ,would this be a problem .
second question is that must i submit urdu nikha nama along with nadra computerised one? because there is a mistake qazi has made while writing date etc, but nadra certificate is perfect .
