FLR(FP) Single mother of British kids

Post by xxmohimxx » Fri Jan 01, 2016 5:15 pm

HI

I came into UK on 6 months Visit Visa in 2012, and overstayed here till now. So technically Living in UK as illegal immigrant at the moment.

I have 2 children born in this country (UK), Both children got there British citizenship and Passport now. On basis of their Biological father.

Now my questions are

1. Can I apply for DLR (discretionary leave to remain) in UK as Single mother of British kids?

2. If yes then which form I will use and on which route (5 years or 10 years) as I am overstayed on my visit visa so technically I am illegal immigrant.

3. My Passport (Pakistani) expired and lost but have National ID Card in URDU, so can I still apply DLR (discretionary leave to remain) without passport? Or have to make my passport before apply

4. Do I have to do English test to apply for DLR (discretionary leave to remain) or not?

Kindly reply asap and in as much details possible, an if you think there is any better way to do this, or anything else required other than what mentioned above, kindly do let me know, would really appreciate your help.

THANK YOU

DLR is no longer in existence for private and family life human right claim.

You will need to provide reasons why you are unable to provide a passport.

Where is the father? Does he have a status in the UK and residing here?

sorry that was my mistake.. its FLR not DLR, so let say i have paassport then what do i have to do english test, and if yes then which one?

Also if i am applying on the basis of my British Children who are living with me.. then still do i have to tell them abt the father where abouts. an obviously he have a status thats why my kids get british nationality.

Post by xxmohimxx » Sun Jan 03, 2016 2:04 am

HI

I came to UK on 6 months Visit Visa in 2012, and overstayed here till now. So technically living in UK as illegal immigrant at the moment.

I have 2 children born in this country (UK), both children hold a British citizenship and Passport. Because their biological father is on ILR.

Now my questions are

1. Can I(mother) apply for FLR (FP) in UK as Single mother of British children under 18?

2. If yes then which route (5 years or 10 years) as I am overstayed on my visit visa so technically I am illegal immigrant.

3. Do I have to do English test to apply for FLR (FP) or not? If yes then which test level I’ve to do.

Kindly reply in as much details possible, an if you think there is anything else required other than what I mentioned above, kindly do let me know.
Would really appreciate your help.

THANK YOU

They will ask you for the father, and in some case, they are asking some people to provide DNA of fathers.

On the contrary, you asked if the HO would need details of the father and Obie has confirmed they will. Regarding comprehension of your situation, Obie has been careful to cover salient issues before advising the next step. However, one would assume from your post that you no longer need or will appreciate further response.

Thanks Casa, what can one do.

You advise these people in good faith, and what you get is insult and bad attitudes.

Sometimes one wonder what's the point.
