IHS online system not working properly / Error

good evening

I'm applying for Settlement visa under refugee and while on process of paying for IHS after taking the appointment at the embassy it doesn't allow me to put the title at all and here where i stop and can't process here is the link if you have any i don't know what is going wrong

i tried to create a new application with new email for my daughter and still the same issue
i have attached printscreen as well

please help me because it is very urgent

For a start, we don't all have log in details to run through the process of IHS.

What do you mean by this statement?

Settlement visa under refugee

Which application form have you completed?

What is your immigration status?

Which country is your daughter applying from?

Where is her other parent?

I Complete settlement visa under family reunion for refugee and she is applying from Turkey
after booking appointment the online system will ask me to pay for IHS and when i process it take me to the page where i have to fill up the title of sponsor etc... but there is no title and no nationality... drop menu is not working at all//
