Leaving Uk for good

We are in uk on tier 1 visa. Visa will expire on 24 January 2016.
Becouse of medical and other reasons we have decided not to apply for extension . Please advice us how to inform Home Offiec of our decision.

You don't have to inform HO. If you are leaving the UK, you can just leave but do so before your visa expires.
