Extension of dependent visa

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 General, and hope to apply for ILR next year (June 2017). My dependents (wife and kids) would will be eligible for ILR later (their 5 year period will complete in Dec 2018). However, their current Visa is only valid till March 2018. I will need to apply for an extension for them to cover the period between March 2018 and Dec 2018.

My questions are:
a) Am I right in assuming that their Visa will continue to be valid till March 2018, despite me getting an ILR in June 2017?
b) What form will I need to fill for their Visa Extension (I have tried to read the forum, but am unsure) FLR or PBS Dependent?
c) What form will I use for their settlement?

I understand that I have some time but want to get ahead to prepare and start collecting the documents potentially required.

1. Yes.
2. The one meant for PBS dependants to extend their leave.
3. Currently SET(O). Who knows what it will be in December 2018!!!

Just to clarify, on the PBS dependent form, there is a section for details of the main PBS Applicant. What details will I provide, given that I will no longer be a PBS applicant. For example, in section C, question 4, it says "What is the reference number for the most recent application of the PBS main applicant you are dependent on? (ht)"? Will I provide the reference number from ILR application?
