UK born child to re-enter UK on a visa

Hi

My child was born in Oct 2013 in UK. I am an Indian origan who stayed in the UK under Tier 1 visa at that time. My child traveled to India in may 2014 with a indian pasport and is currently in India.

My Wife and I have been granted ILR in Mar 2015. I want to bring my child back to UK now.

What visa i need to apply for my Child to travel back to UK?
What visa application i need to complete in VFS india?
Can my parents or In-laws proceed the visa application on my kids behalf!
Can my child travel back to UK with my In-laws or do i need to accompany!
