I'm gonna keep this short and simple

I'm on appeal and about 2.5 months in

I was refused settlement visa for wife from pak. On some really silly reasons. .
I've all my evidence of communication and everything needed for the win inshaALLAH

By looking at my refusal notes do u reckon will it be a fair and easy refusal withdraw turnover in my favour

We can't see your evidence, so how can we say what the outcome of the case is likely to be? It depends on the proof of relationship that you provide.

If you have it, why didn't you submit it with your wife's spouse visa application? It would probably have been quicker to reapply than wait for an appeal process.

1 month Dec 2014 land line - talk talk bill

Skype call logs Jan to Dec 2015 all.in screen shots and in colour printed

WhatsApp conversations from Dec 2014 to Mar 2015 all with dates and random times during the day in screen shots

Lyca pay as you go sim call logs from June 2015 to Dec 2015
All print outs

I submitted

1 month land line talk talk bill Dec 2014

6 months jan to june 2015 Skype call logs

7 months WhatsApp conversations. Dec 2015 to June 2015

Greetings cards x 4 with UK stamps and pak post stamps with envelopes

NOW ALL THIS WAS LOST MISPLACED OR DENIED I DON'T KNOW HOW THE HECK CAN THE ABOVE HAPPEN

Can you read my dates and timeline up until the 25 April 2016 is my review deadline date
