Returning to UK before visa expires

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has had to deal with this before.
My wife and I will be attending a wedding in Asia in February 2017 which is the month her FLR(m) visa expires.
We will return 1 or 2 days before the expiration date on her BRP.

Will there be any problems of her re-entering the country?
We will have all the necessary documents ready to show, so we can send off for her extension on the day we arrive back.

Another option we have would be to renew it as early as possible, does anyone know how early we can renew it?

Should be ok.

You can renew it up to 28 days before expiry either in person or by post which takes longer.
