Spouse Visa RenewalExtension of a British Citizen

Post by rockstar2k4 » Wed Dec 23, 2015 11:48 am

All,

My wife's current visa due for renewal in Feb'16. Currently she is on Dependent visa to British citizen, was given for 2.5 years.
I wonder if anyone recently have got renewed or due for renewal around these time and would appreciate if could share some documentation check list and experience if same day/ premium service really helpful for me prepare.

Thanks in advance.

If you search the forum, you will find similar cases.

Documents you need are the same as initial spouse visa application plus cohabitation proof/documents for 2 years.

Same day service is not an interview. They check your documents and you enroll biometrics and then wait for a decision (usually a couple of hours).

Hi,

i was looking at financial requirement section for spouse visa renewal FLR(M).

i'm contractor limited company director and my accountant i use they doesn't list in the list of UK Recognised Supervisory Body .

Could you please advise how i need to meet the below requirement :
(iv) If company is not required to produce annual audited accounts, unaudited accounts
for the last full financial year and an accountant’s certificate of confirmation, from an
accountant who is a member of a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the
Companies Act 2006);

Please suggest.

How did you meet the requirements when the visa was initially applied for?

Does your wife work?

when visa was applied initially i was on full time job. so i had shown salary.

Yes my wife do full time job but her current job will be less than 6 month by the time of applying for visa.
but if i calculate her salary for last 12 months its coming upto 18,300£.

am really confused and do you think if i change my accountant would help as i have my visa renewal in March 1st week.

Friends ,
Also could you advise on my situation for my wife's visa renewal:

1 She is into full time/permanent job, but less than 6 months and Gross salary from this employment is 21,000

2.Prior to this job, she changed two companies in the span of 7 months. and the salary was 18500 and 15000 respectively.

3 The reason in the month of July when she switched the job, the old employer payslip tells 686 for 17 days and new employer payslip say Gross 1540 but net pay is 940 as she worked only for 13 days... so they deducted /made pay adjustment 600£.

so am confused now in order to calculate the earnings for last 12 months what i need to consider from the payslip.
Is it Gross or Net Pay?

Note: When she changed the jobs in July and Sep .. she have two payslips, i.e. one from Old employer and another new employer.

thanks CR01,
so if i consider on the Gross from one of the employment (out of 3 in in last 12 motnhs, including current):

Month - Gross - Net Pay
July-15 - 1541.67 - 616.98 (as she only worked for 12 days since started job in mid month)
Aug-15 - 1541.67 - 1182.51 (after tax)
Sep-15 - 1541.67 - 914.98 ( since she was resigned and relived in mid month).

so in the above case should i calcaute 1541.67 + 1541.67 +1541.67 OR
the actual pay?

sorry am asking again as previously it wasn't much clear on my question.

Dear freinds,
could you please give your advise on my situtaion:

This is for my wife's FLR (M) extension.

1. she is in permanent employement and last 12 months salary (gross) coming 18,250
2. I work as Ltd director contractor
3. if I shown just salary that i recieve (not dividends) that should be suffice to meet the requirement upon combining the income from my salary + my wife's salary.

Since i take salary from my own company, Do i need to provide all the documentation evidence that is listed under the category for self employment as Litmited company .i.e. CT600, VAt ..etc

or is that a letter my accountant and payslips is suffice cofnirming my earnings (only salaries)?
