Can I extend any further?

I have a tier 2 visa that is due to expire in September 2017(5 years).

Start date : 22-Aug-12
End date : 21-Aug-15

b) Visa start date and End date
Start date : 28-Aug-12
End date : 21-Sep-15

UK Entry date was 24th Nov 2013

Extended VISA

a) Visa start date and End date
Start date : 04-Sep-15
End date : 04-Sep-17

Is it possible to extend further with out any cooling period.
