In 2013 I got my MBA degree from Kaplan financial which was affiliated from Liverpool John Moores University. I went back to Pakistan and in Oct 2014 and I come again on Tier4 visa (Msc international Marketing). On May 2015 I applied for Tier 2 on the bases of MBA Degree and I got the rejection on 245HD(d) and 245HD(f) because of last degree.
Now I have finished my academic session of my Msc Marketing degree from BPP UNIVERSITY and waiting for provisional result which is due on 23 of Jan 2016.
But my visa will be expired on 19 Jan 2016.
I want to switch to TIER 2 category. My employer (A rating) is willing to give me the COS letter.
My question is that I want apply the FLR FP on the bases of University letter and my Employer letter for one month further stay in UK.
if yes, there are three routes
• Family life as a partner (10 year route)
• Family life as a parent (5 year & 10 year routes)
• Private life in the UK (10 year route)
Which route is suitable for me.
Because I want only one month for further stay and i will change my application to tier 2
Would you please help me which application form is suitable for my case
Thanks in Advance
Shazia

If you do not have a British/settled partner or a British child, those first two options are not applicable to you.
If you have no lived in the UK for at least 10 years or more than half your life, you will not qualify for the 3rd option either.

Well I cannot guess your full circumstance and you don't appear to be volunteering the information, so I will simplify it for you.
there are three routes
• Family life as a partner (10 year route) Do you have a partner who is British or who has ILR
• Family life as a parent (5 year & 10 year routes) Do you have a British child
• Private life in the UK (10 year route) How long have you lived continuously in the UK and what family ties do you have to the UK
Why can't you apply for a Tier 2 G from your home country?

And is there no way of your employer offering you a cos letter sooner? Or your employer allowing you to apply from your home country (why is CoS UK only?)? University wise; you've completed your studies and there is nothing you can do to extend? If the delay in application is due to the confirmation of your result, it may be worth discussing with your International Student Advisors to see if there is anything they can do.
