Judicial review

Post by jollyjolly » Sun Jan 10, 2016 5:23 pm

Hello Guys, My ILR got refused and couple of days ago sent for AR.
However there is a family emergency due to which I need to leave country soon.
I am just wondering is there a way so that you file JR etc and leave the country after that if you win you will get rights to be back with ILR?

Thanks in advance..
Jolly

Do you have extant leave?
Application for JR has no influence on your right to remain in the UK.

If you don't have valid leave, you will not be able to re-enter the UK.

You won't be permitted to enter the UK if you have no valid leave/visa.
