FLR (M) 1ST APPLICATION AFTER MARRIAGE

I have a quick question about the Biometrics Residential Permit

I was going to visit the Post Office and get one done asap, but I am unsure on whether its better to put this in my partners Maiden name or her new Married Name?

Have you received the letter to go for biometric enrollment?

Assuming your spouse is applying on FLR(M) after holding a fiance visa, you should be fine to apply in married name. Has her foreign passport been changed/updated?
