Unfortunately, you've left it too late to marry in the UK and switch to a spouse visa. To clarify, in order to marry you would have to register at a Home Office designated Registry office. The Registrar would then be legally bound to notify the Home Office of your intention and they could then extend the standard 28 day notification period to 70 days in order to interview you both if they choose, before the wedding can take place.
