Spouse - Tourist Visa - URGENT HELP

Hello,

I am in UK since last October on ICT ST visa. I wish to bring my spouse here for 2 months only and do not want to apply ICT dependent visa due to high visa fee.
1. Can I apply tourist visa for her ( which is the only option available at www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk ) ?
2. What documents I need to show to support the application as the application form is asking for funds which is not there in her account
My employer certified maintenance fund for migrant in COS.

Very difficult for her to prove her ties to her home country to get a visit visa if you are living in the UK. HO has become wise to migrants doing this and there have been lots of refusals in the last year.

Your employer and CoS have nothing to do with a visit visa. She has to prove she is a 'genuine' visitor, what her financial and personal situation is in her home country etc.

For proving about her financial situation is there any minimum amount to have in her account and if any fixed deposit or bond will also work. Also do I need to book hotel also as to prove that she is a visitor.
And do my UK bank account statement also work as the support document

Fixed deposits are not considered. Any bank statements she provides must be for funds that are immediately accessible.

You don't need a 'hotel booking' to prove she is a visitor. She needs to submit substantial evidence of her circumstances in her home country to prove she will return.
