Application Fees for Tier 2 PBS Dependent

Hi all,

So I am renewing my Tier 2 dependent visa (previously issued based on my wife's Tier 2 general for 3 years). My wife is now on ILR and I am renewing under Tier2 PBS dependent with in UK by standard post for 3 years. I paid my NHS surcharge (600 pounds) and got the reference number. I filled out the application online but when I was taken to the fees page it is showing me 1302 pounds for postal application. I am very confused as I thought the fees for my category is 651 pounds.

1. Can some one please confirm the fees?
2. Can I apply a paper based application as the online system is very confusing. Anybody has a link to paper based application? I couldn't find it online (apologies in advance if it is online).

Very urgent so any help is really appreciated. I need to apply in next 2 days .

Are you sure you have only included yourself in the application (applying alone)?

It didn't give me the option to specify. I did enter my wife's details in the application. Looks like its calculating for 2 people. I have tried filling out a fresh application but it's doing the same thing... First page is my wife's details, next page my details and application, then document and then declaration and then it shows fees . Do I not need to enter my wife's details? very confused:(

just to add to my previous query...
when I start a application it asks me the following

Person you are applying to remain in the UK with

What is the name of the person with whom you want to remain in the UK? (Required)
This will be used to link your application with theirs

I am entering my wife's info here is that not correct?

She doesn't have an 'application'.

I don't have access to the online system. What are the questions from the start it is asking?
