Tier 2 extension - urgent

My Tier 2 visa will expire on 10/07/2016 when is the earliest I can get COS for extension without losing any period on my current visa ? {Urgent response required} Thanks

You can apply at any time. Your new extension visa will be valid from the date of approval NOT a run on from when your current visa expires. You will need to work out your residence requirements to see when is best to apply.

If the Tier 2 visa is expiring 28/06/16.

New Cos has to be requested before April.

What is the earliest to apply for the renewal? Any time after 28/03/2016?

In that case can I use an old Cos? Do I still need to apply for CoS allocation?

I read here that payslips and bank statements are not required for the renewal? How do you show your salary for them to see? Just a letter from employer stating the figure?

I read that minimum salary for extension is 33 K, am I right?

Did anybody use that online form? I never used before....

Please someone help.
