Converting TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM TO TIER 2 GENERAL

Hi,
Could someone please help us on how to convert from tier 2 ICT short term to ICT general visa.

whether it is possible if i get a sponsorship over here or cooling period is applicable.

My wife she is in dependant visa.whether it is possibl for her to get sponsorship.

If you want to change to Tier 2 General, the 12 months cooling off period will apply to you. Application has to be made from home country.

If your spouse gets sponsorship and applies for Tier 2 General (has to apply from home country), you can apply as her Tier 2 G Dependent within the UK.
