ILR Visa for Child Born outside UK

Hi All,

I would like to get some help from the People who have successfully applied for ILR Visa from India.
Me and my wife both got our ILR Visa in May 2015 and after that my wife left for India for her delivery. Our daughter is born on 4th Sep 2015, i wanted to check if she is eligible for ILR Visa. Could you please throw some light on the documents required and the process for applying visa in india.

There is no 'ILR visa' that you can apply for from abroad.

You need to apply for a child settlement visa (often ILE - indefinite leave to enter).
