is that because when a child is born in UK, it becomes British ??Casa wrote:Reamains @ £18,600 p.a No one can tell you what will be required in 5 years time. Rules change.
Bucki wrote:is that because when a child is born in UK, it becomes British ?? Yes
(considering one of the parent is British too).
If so, then that child is excluded from the immigration rules ... hence why Financ. Requirement remains. Yes

so, that means when filling out the FM() form for spouse visa extension ;
the child will not be included in the form??
OR probably yes stating that is british citizen. List child as the child will be a dependent but not a dependent for immigration purposes.
Anyway, what is the current RULE in regards to; after the 2.5 year extension?
once 5 year is complete, the ILR form is filled + B1 & UK Test results Yes
but for the ILR the financial requirement is not needed, right? £18,600pa still needed.
(at the moment, as the current rules apply)
