UK Tier2 dependant spouse sample NOC

My husband is in UK and I am applying for dependent visa now. Can someone send me a sample No Objection Certificate (NOC) that I need to get from my company to apply for the dependent visa ? Thanks.

Why do you think you need a NOC? Assuming you are granted a Tier 2 Dependent visa, surely you will resign and move to the UK.
