FLR(M) - payslips

Post by azo » Tue Feb 02, 2016 5:48 pm

I have a query about payslips.

I have 6+ months payslips with printed on the parents company payslip with the parents company's name on it. (but my company on the inside under who I am employed with). However, do I have to get them stamped with either of the company's stamp and countersigned by a manger. The countersigning is no problem but the company does not have a stamp for official documents so they can't be stamped.

So has anyone had any problems with payslips not being stamped or will simply a letter by the general manger saying their genuine negate this problem.

Also P60 (tax returns) I will not be able to yet this years tax return as my wage for the last few days will not be calculated until after my wife as applied - will this be a problem? Also is it necessary to produce P60 forms before the thist tax year? - as I am nervous about adding them as I earn less than the 18,600 threshold.
Regards

Can you clarify what you mean by;
1. Parents company. Your parents? Or a 'parent' company
2. Have you earned £18,600 pro rata for the last 6 month period? i.e £9,300
(Casa, not CR001)

1) The parent company, i.e my current company is a subsidiary of the other. I was thinking along the lines of when drafting the letter of employment blah blah has been employed at blah, a subsidiary of blah, since blah blah.

2) I have earn enough pro rate for the last 6 months. I have been employed with them for 16 months. But my P60s for 2014-2015 and 2013-2014 have not met this standard. I should add that when we will be submitting it will be on the 11th April and the nearest wage-slip will be the 31st of march, covering March earning. This will not cover the last tax week of the tax year. That will be include in the wage-slip ending April which is 3 days after my spouse's visa runs out. I was thinking of including this information also in the letter of employment.

You don't need P60s is you have all the payslips and bank statements.

Yes, I have all the payslips and bank statements, but do the payslips require a company stamp, thanks in advance?

Only if the payslips are online ones that you print.
