EEA PR for Romanian married to British

Hello all,
This year I want to apply for EEA(PR) and I need advice on a few questions please.
I am Romanian, married my British husband in June 2011 and started work. July 2011 applied of Blue Registration Certificate and it was issued September 2011.
1) Did my PR clock start when I married, when I applied for RC or when it was issued?

I worked for same employer till May 2013 when I went on Maternity leave (52 weeks). I received Maternity Pay till February 2014 and the rest of leave was unpaid. But when I contacted the employer in April 2014 to come back to work they gave my P45 dated February 2014 when my Mat.Pay finished. Before going on Mat. leave I told them I'm coming back to work when the leave finishes, assuming they as an employer know that's 52 weeks, we didn't arrange a date of returning back to work. So I asked for my job back, they said they can't dismiss anybody to give me a job, but eventually had my job back in June 2014.
2) Will this count as a break in my employment?

Working illegally. I was born in Moldova and acquired Romanian citizenship in January 2011.

I think you can apply from June this year.

This might be a problem should you wish to apply for British citizenship at some point.
