please are am i still qualify for permanent residency

I joined my previous employer, with whom I had a Tier 2 (Minister of religion) visa with, in September 2011. Got extension September 2013.I was contacted by the UKBA in mid March 2015 and told my leave was being curtailed to 29 May 2015.Because my sponsor licence has been revocked since November 2014. Without my sponsor informing me about it ,but when I confronted her with the letter she said she has already applied for judicial review.Anyway, I got job offer from another ministry late April 2015. After completing RLMT and getting a COS, I applied for my Tier 2 (MOR)visa on 27 May2015 - two days to the end of my curtailed leave and I successfully got my new visa.And I started work with my present sponsor on 8 June 2015.I have not been out of UK since I came to UK in September 2011
Questions -
Please can I still apply for my ilr arround October 2016. Or when can I put in my ilr applications.

Breakdown-
September 2011 to November 2013 out country Tier 2 Minister of religion
November 2013 to November2016 in country extension
curtailment March 29 toMay 29 2015 due to revocation of sponsor licence.
New sponsor application may 27 2015 and was succesful
I have never been out of united kingdom since i came in september 2011.
started work june 8 2015 with the new sponsor

You should be fine to apply as you got a new sponsor and visa within the 60 days curtailment period.

The 60 days curtailment is there for migrants to secure alternative employment/sponsor.

Hi CR001, I suppose the OP has an employment gap of more than 60 days as his employer lost sponsorship on Nov 2014? If so, his gap will be from Nov 2014 to May 2015, isn’t it?
