Information about premium service

Hi there,


If I have my valid passport with me and COS letter will it be possible for me to go for premium one day service for sponsorship visa??? Or do I need something else as well.

where are u applying from? what visa do you have currently. you will need other documents like bank statements, proof of english language etc as well.

Thanks for your reply I'm going to apply from uk I'm here and for the time being my case is in appeal I applied for entrepreneur visa which got refused and after that my case went into appeal and now my case is in COA.

Please let me know if I can go for one day service with valid passport ?????

You need to withdraw your appeal before you can submit a new application.

Assuming you are looking to apply for Tier 2 General, have you read the form and guidance notes to see what needs to be submitted with your application? You need much more than just a CoS and passport.

Also, has your sponsor completed the full and proper RLMT process?

Yes I know that my employer need to fill RLMT and I want to apply if something goes wrong in my appeal decision I mean if appeal is not in my favour then I will submit new application. Just suppose if I have everything can I go for one day service or do I need valid visa for premium service.
