Spend Maintenance funds after 90 Days

Hi All,

I have just a simple question, Could I spend the Maintenance funds after 90 Days and while the application for the visa is in process?

Yes, you can. However, in a worst case scenario of your application is rejected for any reason and you need to submit the maintenance proof again, then you might get into trouble. If you have a back-up, then its fine.

And if UKVI/HO check with the bank to verify account and funds??

@msi: No one applies thinking his/her application will be rejected. However, you'll find many cases in this forum where application were rejected for "silly" reasons which applicants never thought would matter. (eg. maintenance amount doing down for a day from the threshold due to exchange rate changes). Better to be safe than sorry!
And CR001's point is valid. What if???
