Visa Form Questions - ICT Tier 2 Dependent Partner/Child

Post by aspirant910 » Thu Feb 04, 2016 9:21 pm

Hi,
My son was born in UK during my previous stay on ICT tier ST visa and we exited UK without getting any visa for him.
Now, I am applying ICT Long Term Dependent visa for him and not sure what to fill under following question-

1. Have you ever travelled to the UK in the last 10 years?
2. Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK?

Thanks,

Well not really, your wife gave birth. Your child didn't do that on his own.

Sorry , but your answers are not clear to me. Please check for below comments to my questions.
1. Have you ever travelled to the UK in the last 10 years?
If I answer YES to the above questions , the form asks for DATE OF ARRIVAL in UK . Now, as my son was born there so , what should be my answer ? As per my understanding it should be NO.
Please confirm as I need to submit form in couple of days.

2. Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK?
If I select YES , the form asks for details and dates of medical treatment. I can fill those however , I am confused here as well .

Thanks,

1. Yes, write date of birth

2. If your child has received medical care (health visitor, doctor or nurse appointments, hospital treatment) then the answer is yes.
