So what is your full immigration history then if HO claimed your continuous residence was broken? Your previous posts don't show any information on your ILR application of your full immigration history.waqasmir wrote:Thanks for the reply.

I am thinking that your section 3C continued when you were at the court of appeal, unless your lawyer was seeking to appeal an excluded decision, of a refusal of permission to the Court of Appeal.
