Form AN - is partners citizenship certificate number needed?

I am applying for naturalisation using Form AN after being resident in the UK for 3 years as a spouse of a British Citizen by descent (which was obtained in Australia in 2007)

I have got to the part of the form in section 1.35 that asks for my spouses naturalisation certificate number. We don't know it and he now has a British Passport.

Is that section relevant to us? Can I leave it blank?

Do you at least know the date of naturalisation ceremony?
(Month/year?).

Thanks for your reply, yes I already have ILR. We can't remember the date hubby did the ceremony in Australia, but it was in 2007.

We never needed the certificate number for spouse visa or ILR, so assumed it wouldn't be vital now. We used his British Passport. But just wanting to check that it's OK to leave that section blank?

I suggest put down what you remember. (You might be expected to know that).
Or put a note that you simply can't remember the full detail - covers you for 'honest mistakes'.
