FLR(m) First extension after initial grant 6 months

Post by conan3 » Tue Jan 12, 2016 11:52 am

My spouse got her spouse visa (6 month Marriage Visa)back in 2015 august which expires in February we married as in November i now am in the process of filling in FLR(M) section 10 asks for proof of living together statements or official letters in both our names GP letters ,council tax etc. We have none of that as she is only here on a six month visa, i am guessing that this section is just relevant to those who are making their second FLR(M) but it doesn't say that in the application itself could somebody clarify if they have any ideas Thanks

Cohabitation is not relevant if switching from a fiance visa to spouse visa.

But as Wanderer has asked, you need to state if it was a fiance visa or a marriage visit visa.

It is important for your to answer Vinny's questions as this will determine which visa she is actually on and whether she is permitted to switch to FLR(M).
