Nationality Application urgent questions

Hello All

please help me with these 2 questions below:

1) i have an appointment with ncs tomorrow. back in 2006 i worked for an organization for 3 days in the month of april or march (i do not remember this clearly). would it be ok if i just out down probable months either april or march or will they reject my application if i dont give them exact dates? i have tried harder but i am unable to find these dates and i dont have time for subject access request.

2) the form an says that if i dont want to send my brp card then i should state the reason. does it really matter if i dont send the original brp card now? i need this card in the up coming days because i am applying for jobs and i need proof of work permit.

1. Month and year should be fine.

2. NCS copy your BRP. Ask the to help you with this option on the form.
