Tier 1 dependent due ilr in 2021

Hi folks,
My ilr is due in may 2016 on completion of 5 years on tier 1 general.

My wife joined me in January 2016. My question is

How long my wife will get extention for and also do I need to pay any health surcharge for her .

Also her ilr will be due in January 2021, can she extend her stay until that time after changed in the tier 1 general extension rules ...

Likely she will get either a 2 or 3 year extension.

She got visa until my visa expiry date which is June 2016

If she gets 2 or 3 years extention, will I still be able to extend her visa after June 2018 ? (Because of changes in the immigration rules which says tier 1 general cannot get ilr after 2018) since she will require two extensions in order to complete her 5 years period

I am not sure. Tier 1 G main applicants can't get ILR after April 2018 but I am not sure if this affects dependents or if there is another date planned for dependents.
