Mom visitor visa refused due to economic conditions

Hi ,

I applied for my mother's general visitor visa and got a refusal from the case worker stating that he was not satisfied that the money in her account is hers as she is a housewife. also is there an amount which the applicant has to maintain over 6 months ? Also some of the property documents were in hindi , can you please advise if we provide the property documents in english and also state where the money came from , that will make the case stronger next time or do we have to wait now for 6 month to maintain a balance and then apply again.
