What is the visa start date and when did you enter the UK on your spouse visa?
Are you Australian or a New Zealander?
You will need to meet all of the same requirements as you did when you initially applied, financial requirement included. You will

You need to meet ALL the same requirements as you did when you applied for your first visa, i.e. English A1 and the financial requirement.
Current visa fee is £1049 for an same day appointment. You also have to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge.
There is no requirement to have a minimum account balance but you or your spouse must meet the financial requirement of £18,600pa income.
You also need to submit 2 years worth of cohabitation documents from different sources in either joint names or individual names.
