Question on travelling

Post by sunrays3 » Sun Feb 21, 2016 6:31 pm

hi,

I am currently in the UK on tier-2 ICT visa, with my wife and 2 year old son staying with me in the UK on tier-2 dependent visa. We are travelling to India in march and my wife is converting her visa to Tier-4 student type from India. I would like to know whether there will be a problem when they are coming back from India to UK, since my wife and son will be on two different visa types at that time (wife on tier-4 student visa and son on tier-2 dependent). I will be returning back to the UK earlier and will not be accompanying them during this travel.

Thanks in advance.

No issue at all. There is no requirement the the whole family has to be on the same visa category.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
