Out of country Tier 2 Dependent Visa Delay

Hi All

My wife submitted a Tier 2 Dependant visa in Chennai, India on 29th Jan.

Since then we received a not a straightforward application email on 16th February following that my wife got a basic verification call to confirm my address etc

Just after that we have received the not straightforward application and that they wont be able to meet customer service targets email again on 23rd February.

Only complication I think they may see is that we are of different nationalities, She is Indian and I am Srilankan.

Are these emails just automated emails or is it something to worry about?

Any help will be appreciated.

They are standard emails. Your different nationalities have no bearing on your visas.
