haven't received all documents backby UKBA

I was asked to leave uk and was told that your documents will handed over to you at airport.

its my mistake I didn't look carefully at the the time of receiving the documents. but when I reached home country I realized that some important documents are missing.

can some body help me, where and how should I contact UKBA.

well I was at tier 4 and I applied for an extension for a student visa. so I provided them with all required documents and previous academic degrees.

I didnt get back my academic degrees which are actually from Pakistani Universities

If your 'friend' has an address of the department or caseworker, he should write to them urgently as these should not have been retained if they are original degree certificates.

He can contact them by any means, but in writing is usually best as then he has a record (email or letter)
