New proposed fees for 2016-2017

Hi,
Sorry if this has been mentioned already on the forum.

Has anybody heard that the new proposed fees for 2016-2017 will take effect from 18th March rather than the normal 6th April?

Yes, it has been published already on HO website on 25th February.
