A Spouse visa is under the category of a Settlement visa. To save a great deal of time being spent on a 'wild goose chase' with guessing what your situation is and giving you irrelevant information...I suggest you give us a few clues. :?

If I understand your post correctly, you have been granted FLR(FP) and you want to marry in India. You are asking if you can bring your spouse on the basis of your FLR(FP) visa correct?

The answer would be no, you cant sponsor a spouse settlement visa if you do not have ILR or British Citizenship.

Pleased that it's all gone well for you. The guidance has always been that the sponsor needs to have settled status for a spouse visa application...but happy that this has not been the case here.
