Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 General Dependent

Hi,

I landed in UK on T2 ICT visa on Jan 2016. Now my wife also got a job in UK and coming on T2 General soon. Here are my questions:

1- Can I switch my VISA from T2 ICT to T2 General dependent within UK ?
2- Can I apply for this visa switch application same time from UK while applying for my Wife visa from Home country ? Thing to notice here is that my wife is in India and I am in UK on T2 ICT.
3- In case my wife visa is rejected, will it impact my current T2 ICT visa ?

1. Yes you can switch within the UK.

2. No you can't because you are not in Inida. You will have to wait till your wife's Tier 2 G is granted and she is back in the UK before you can apply.
