Hello ,
I am currently working under Tier 2 (ICT - short term staff) and my visa will end by mid of June this year.
I am currently looking for different IT jobs and meanwhile I will apply for FLR . Can I work under FLR ?
1. If yes , then would it be the same company for which I am currently working for or I can work with any company in UK if I get selected.
2.If no, what are the ways to get the work permit in UK.
Appreciate your response.
Regards,
Aishwary

Which FLR are you thinking of applying for, there are many different categories of 'FLR'?

My brother and his wife stays in UK ,his wife is a british citizen and my brother will getting his ILR may be by next year so I am going to apply for FLR as a family life and humanitarian basis i.e. on human rights.
Hope this makes sense.

Do you mean an adult dependent relative?? No chance of success.
On what basis of human rights do you think you will qualify?
How long have you been in the UK?

You are wasting your time applying for FLR O or FP. It is a laughable reason that you have relatives in the UK as a reason to remain.
Go back home, do your cooling off period for twelve months and come back under a Tier 2 General visa so you can work and have a chance of staying.
A couple of points. Technically you can work will applying for FLR but only under your existing visa conditions. This assumes you apply in time.
I doubt very much your existing employer will entertain you working for them given it will place their Sponsor licence at risk. So if they say no to carrying on in the job that leaves you unemployed and unemployable.

Also, as the OP is on a ICT Short term visa, it would appear he has likely not been in the UK for more than 12 months. No human rights issue here, seems to be more of a want than a need.
