Please help... overstayer served removal notice on form is96

Post by miah-tee » Wed Mar 09, 2016 8:34 pm

Hi, I have recived form is96 and sighed last week, they asked me come back after 6 months. But yesterday I got the letter that request me to bring my child with any documents which can prove our nationalities to reporting place to be interviewed end of March. My child was born in the UK.
We applied FLRo base on my child medical problem, refused by HO, went JR, got permission, HO gave us appeal right due to remove note, but the judge dismissed the appeal. Now we want do another application, but HO has our passports, we asked HO send us a copy of certificate of passports, but still have not got any response.

Will we be detained on that interview day? Do I must bring my child on that day? the letter says that if the child is not able to come I need bring 6 passport size photos of the child.

Please is there someone can help me, I am really appreciated.

Assuming that you are the mother, what nationality is your child's father?

With a failed appeal, what basis are you hoping to submit a new application?

Any reason you cannot return home? A UK-born child does not confer any rights of residency....

Thank you for your reply.
My child has congenital heart disease, very complex, I dont think my home country can provide same medical service like here, even the doctor pointed it out too. But HO refuesed us base on the treatment is available in my home country.
