Tier 2 General to Tier 2 ICT dependent

I am currently on Tier 2 General visa in London. I want to change to contractor job via my own independent company and therefore want to change to Tier 2 ICT dependent (my husband is on Tier 2 ICT).
1. What is the process?
2. How long does it take?
3. How much would it cost - normal and priority processing?
