T2 ICT visa revoked - Need suggestion

Hi,

I am on T2 ICT visa and Landed in UK 3 months back. Now my employer license is revoked. Home office has provided a month to either apply fresh application or I have to go back.
My queries are:
1- Being on T2 ICT, can I apply within UK using another sponser ?
2- Any rebate on cooling off period of 12 months ?
3- Any suggestions to fix this ?

No idea, Looks like it was revoked a couple of months back, but they did not inform me. Any suggestion to get visa sponsorship from another sponsor. Please note that I am on T2 ICT.

You cannot switch visas in the UK. You have to apply for a new visa (probably Tier 2 General) from your home country after a 12 months cooling off period.

If you want another Tier 2 ICT, you have to be working for the company in your home country for 12 months also to qualify.
