Travelling out of country while on Tier 2 VISA

Hi,
Just a quick question.
I am on Tier 2 currently and granted VISA from July 2014 till July 2017.
So far I have taken 3 times holiday..

a. 3 weeks during December 2014
b. 3 weeks during July 2015
c. 5 weeks between December 2015/Jan 2016

Again planning for 3 weeks holiday

My question:-
Will that create a problem for me in my VISA extention?

Hi,

What sort of absence letter it would be ? does it required for ILR ?

Can I take 4 weeks unpaid parental leave along with my 7 weeks paid holidays making it like 78 days ?

I am scratching my head but no info anywhere.
