If you want to PM me instead of posting here, it is perfectly fine. Any contribution, advice or comment will mean a lot to me.
Thank you for all your help and may this post be useful for the others in my situation.
Thanks for your timely reply. My nationality is China, I do have documents, currently immigration status is asylum-appeal right exhausted. Lawyer is preparing submitting further evidence.noajthan wrote:The member in question was last active on the Board about 7 months ago;Christine09 wrote:Hi everyone, I really need the help from everyone who are in similar situations or who were once in this situation but have been granted status.

she/he may have moved on.
Members need 30 posts before enjoying Board's PM feature.
What is your nationality?
Do you have documents?
Current immigration status?

30 posts actually...and they need to be genuine, not padding to make up the number.Christine09 wrote:Thank god, I cannot believe Kstarboy1 actually replyed!
Thank you so much Kstarboy. I need to have 20 posts before be able to PM you my details.
Will do that asap.
No there isn't and posting the same information in multiple threads isn't going to get you there any quicker. They'll simply be deleted and your PM facility will be removed.Christine09 wrote:I am trying my best to not making any junk posts. But is there any where I can speed up this process?
Definitely it can. 117B is essentially factors which go against a claim to remain. Meeting them is "neutral" not "positive"Christine09 wrote:Thanks for the clarification.
What I am concerning at the moment is the implication of 117B on my case.
-I speak fluent english, I was never a burden of british tax payer, i've integrated into society in many ways.
-the only hurdle in front of me is the immigration control which I overstayed (unbeknownst to me) when I was a teenager still in school.
Does that means this one factor in public interest -immigration control- can outweight everything else I present to the home office?
