Discretionary leave dilemma (LOTR)

Post by Emmanuelll » Tue Mar 22, 2016 2:29 pm

Hi all I'm looking for advice on what step to take because I was granted leave to remain on 30th September 2011 which was stated as leave outside immigration rules due to my circumstance at the time. My leave expired in 2013 then I was granted an extension which expires in August 2016.
I've been in the UK since 2007 and I'm not sure what step to take next towards settlement. Do I apply for another extension or do I have any eligibility for IlR. Any suggestions will be appreciated thanks

What immigration status before being granted discretionary leave?

I came in 2007 and was an overstayer, I was granted a court order in 2010 that says I may not be removed from the UK and with that I applied for leave and was granted that in 2011

You will probably need an extension to make 6 years of discretionary leave to remain (if that is the one you are on).
