IHS Question

Post by mrgosht » Wed Mar 23, 2016 9:42 am

Hi Guys,

I am currently in the process of applying for an extension on my current visa (Unmarried Partner- FLR(M)). I am aware that I need to pay the health surcharge and I am on the immigration website trying to make a payment but I am struggling in finding the right :

Visa Route and Visa Type

Just to confirm is my Visa Route: Further Leave to Remain and Visa Type: Marriage (FLR M) ? That is the closest option I can find to my current visa route or do I need to select another options?

Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks

Any chance that you can list what the options are? We don't have automatic log ins to these HO websites to check.

Sure the options are:

Visa Route: Discretionary Leave with Visa Types: 2.5 Years / 3 Years

Visa Route : Further Leave to Remain (FLR) with Visa Types: Armed Forces / Business / Family and Private Life/ Highly Skilled Migrant / Long Residence / Marriage

Visa Route: Further Leave to Remain Other (FLR (O) with Visa Types : (too many to list, pretty certain doesn't fall under this route as it is mainly for workers, diplomats, dependents and Visitors)

Other Visa Routes are : PBS Dependent/Tier 1/Tier 2 / Tier 5 (which having read the visa types in each category, I am pretty certain that it does not fall under these)

This one as it is FLR(M) that you have to complete.
