Long residence dependents

Please am awaiting the decision of HO based on LR and my wife and kid can only apply when i receive my Documents back but their visa run out on 4th April 2016. Is their information on how to make their application before it expire and what type of form will be suitable in this situation.

They have to apply on FLR(M) and meet ALL the requirements. You can write a letter with your application details to say that you are waiting for ILR LR and what your reference number is etc.

Their application will be put on hold till yours is decided.

What visa category were you on and are they on?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

They are on Tier 1 dependents!
