Dear All thanks for look at my inquiry

I am HSMP Visa and I am going to apply for My Wife's Visa ( Tier 1 General Dependent ) From Pakistan

i am total confused as i can't get help from anywhere apart from this forum

i have more then 3 month's bank statement nearly £4000
tenancy agreement
house bills
wage slips
proof of marriage



1 - Do i have to go through Online Process or she need to book appointment from British High commission in Pakistan ??

2 - how i can book appointment of TB test in Pakistan do i have to just book the appointment or i need any home office reference .

3 - if i am completing online application then how i will book TB test ?

4 - do i have to send original documents to Pakistan e.g bank statement , my degree , tenancy agreement ???


please guys guide me in this issue

Are you HSMP (discontinue years ago) or are you a Tier 1 General visa holder?

When are you applying for ILR?

You cannot apply for Tier 1 general extension as this route is closed.

Only option open to you is to apply for FLR (fP) to cover any shortfall before you apply for ILR.

Obie, the OP is apply for his wife's Tier 1 G Dependent visa, not a Tier 1 G extension.
